Our 2 buildings have over 22,000 square feet of space. The 510 & 530 Building, one block east of Old Dixie Highway about 1/2 mile north of Oslo Road, have units that are 2500 sq. ft. to 5000 sq. ft.
All are convenient to US1, Rt. 60, the 17th Street Causeway, Ft. Pierce, Sebastian and the beachside area.
Each building is an excellent choice for manufacturing, storage, maintenance, distribution, general office or as a contractor facility. The 510 & 530 buildings are in an industrial park area that is zoned Commercial. 3-Phase power is available in the 510 Building.
We only rent to 'clean' tenants! You will not find yourself next to a motorcycle shop, an auto repair yard, a welder or someone else that doesn't meet our high standards.
